Yoga

Coming from a background in dance, Caroline was first drawn to yoga for the joy of movement and stretching. She began taking classes in her teens and developed a dedicated personal practice in college. In 2009, she became certified in Sivananda Yoga (RYT-200), a lineage rooted in promoting a balanced yogic lifestyle through breathwork, self-inquiry, mindful movement, plant-based nutrition, and meditation.

In 2023, Caroline deepened her practice with certifications in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Yin Yoga, which expanded her ability to hold safe, supportive, and inclusive spaces for healing and transformation. Her approach to teaching is heart-centered and holistic, blending breath, awareness, and movement. Every class is an invitation to come as you are—honoring the innate wisdom of your body and the quiet strength of your spirit.

For Caroline, yoga is a way of life. It has been her anchor, her teacher, and her refuge. Through years of devoted practice, she have found balance, stillness, and self-love, and she is passionate about helping others discover their own path to healing on the mat.

Caroline currently teaches Restorative Yoga at FORM Yoga in Decatur, GA, and she offers private lessons.
